Cookie Policy
Use of Cookies
This site uses cookies to make its services simple and efficient for users who view our pages. Users viewing the site will have minimal amounts of information inserted into their devices, whether computers or mobile devices, in small text files called ‘cookies’ stored in directories used by the User’s web browser. There are various types of cookies, some to make the use of the site more effective, others to enable certain functionalities.
– to store the preferences entered
– to avoid re-entering the same information multiple times during the visit, such as username and password.

Types of Cookies Used
Below are the various types of cookies used based on their purposes:
Technical Cookies
These cookies enable the proper functioning of certain sections of the website. They come in two categories: persistent and session cookies.
– Persistent: once the browser is closed, they are not destroyed but remain until a pre-set expiration date.
– Session: they are destroyed each time the browser is closed.
These cookies, always sent from our domain, are necessary to correctly display the website and in relation to the technical services offered, they will therefore always be used and sent unless the user changes the settings in their browser (thus affecting the display of the site’s pages).
Analytical Cookies
Cookies in this category are used to collect information about the usage of the website. This site will use this information for anonymous statistical analysis to improve the site’s usage and make the content more interesting and relevant to the users’ preferences. Analytical cookies are sent by the site itself or by third-party domains.
Third-Party Service Analysis Cookies
These cookies are used to collect information on the use of the site by users in an anonymous form, such as: pages visited, time spent, sources of traffic origin, geographical origin, age, gender, and interests for marketing campaigns. Cookies to integrate third-party software products and functions
This type of cookie integrates functionalities developed by third parties within the pages of the Site, such as icons and preferences expressed in social networks, in order to share the content of the site or to use third-party software services (such as software for generating maps and additional software that offers additional services). These cookies are sent by third-party domains and partner sites that offer their functionalities within the pages of the Site.
Profiling cookies
These are the cookies necessary to create user profiles in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user within the pages of the Site.

Third-party websites and services
The Site may contain links to other websites that have their own privacy policy, which may differ from the one we adopt, and therefore this site is not responsible for these websites.
Since a social network interaction service is installed, it is possible that, even if Users do not use the service, it still collects traffic data related to the pages where it is installed.

Privacy Policy of Solution Group Communication Srl
As Solution Group Communication Srl (hereinafter: “Solution” or “We”), with these data protection provisions, we wish to inform Solution users and visitors to our web pages about the purpose, method, and extent of personal data processing. Our web pages and services are constantly revised and further developed. It is therefore possible that this privacy policy is also regularly revised and updated. This is particularly true regarding the procedures we apply for usage analysis, the effectiveness measurement of advertising methods, and similar services, especially from third-party providers. The current version can be found in the analytical table below.
Compliance with European Data Protection Legislation
We ensure the application of measures required by European data protection legislation to guarantee an adequate level of data protection.
Use of Personal Data
We collect, process, and use personal data for the purpose of providing our services. This also includes the advertising promotion of our products and the provision of information to Solution users and interested parties. The extent of personal data processing primarily depends on the type of access to our web pages: whether they are merely “visited,” used as a Solution user, or involve user registration.
Processing of Personal Data of Solution Users
What information is saved and how is it used?
The data provided by the Solution user is saved until the user cancels their subscription to Solution. Exceptions: For tax law reasons, we are required to keep billing information archived for 10 years.
Storage of Cookies on the User’s Device
Cookies are small text files saved in the browser of the Solution user’s device, mostly for the duration of the current session (i.e., until the browser is closed) but in some cases, even longer. A complete overview of the cookies we use and the option to opt out of data processing via cookies (“disabling”) can be found in the tabular list at the end of this privacy policy. We would like to inform you separately in advance about the following cookie technologies:
Google:
Solution uses various services from Google Inc. in the United States of America. These include Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Google reCaptcha, Google Fonts, and Google Maps.
Google Analytics:
We use Google Analytics for our web pages and partly for the web pages of our users. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Cookies are stored on the visitor’s or Solution user’s device, which allow for the analysis of web page usage. The information generated by the cookies is transferred to a Google server in the United States and stored there. We use the IP anonymization option, whereby the IP address is usually shortened by Google within member states of the European Union and in other contracting states of the European Economic Area agreement before being transferred to the United States. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the United States and stored there. Google uses this information on our behalf to evaluate the usage of the web page, compile reports on web page activities for web page administrators, and provide other services related to web page usage and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by the browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Cookie installation can be prevented by configuring the browser settings accordingly; however, please note that in this case, it may not be possible to use all the functions of this web page to their full extent. Consent to the collection and storage of the IP address and data generated by cookies can be revoked at any time with future effect. The corresponding browser plugin is available here: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
You can block the data collection by Google Analytics by clicking here. An “opt-out” cookie will be applied to your site, preventing data collection on visits to this site. Additional information on how Google processes personal data in its advertising network is available here: Advertising and Data Protection.
We Use the Following Third-Party Services:
Google Tag Manager:
We also use Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows commercial operators to manage website tags through an interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain and does not collect personal data. This tool triggers other tags that may, under certain circumstances, collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access these data. If a deactivation is made at the domain or cookie level, it remains valid for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
We may ask our customers for permission to transfer some product data (e.g., account information) to other Google products to enable certain features, such as simplifying the addition of new conversion tracking tags for AdWords. Additionally, our developers occasionally check product usage information to further optimize the product. However, we will never transmit such data to other Google products without user consent.
For further information, please refer to the usage guidelines for this product.
Google reCaptcha:
To protect the data you enter via the forms on this site, we use the reCaptcha service from Google Inc. (Google). This service verifies that you are a person to prevent some site functions from being (ab)used by spam bots (especially in the comments section). The use of this function involves the transmission of your IP address and other data required by Google for the reCaptcha service. In any case, within the member states of the European Union and the European Economic Area, the IP address is truncated and anonymized before being transmitted by Google. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of our site on our behalf. The IP address provided by reCaptcha will not be merged with any other data held by Google.
The collection of this data is subject to Google’s privacy policy. For more information about Google’s privacy policy, visit: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
By using the reCaptcha service, you authorize Google to process your data for the purposes and in the manner described above.
Facebook:
Our online presence uses social plugins (“Plugins”) from the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). The Plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition of “Facebook Social Plugin.” When you view a web page of our online presence that contains such a Plugin, the browser establishes a direct connection with Facebook’s servers. The content of the Plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to the browser and integrated into the web page. Through the integration of Plugins, Facebook receives information that the respective visitor or Solution user has viewed the page of our online presence. If you have your own Facebook profile, Facebook can assign the visit to the visitor’s or Solution user’s Facebook account by saving cookies or using JavaScript. If you interact with the Plugins, for example, by pressing the “Like” button or posting a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from the browser to Facebook and stored there. This can be prevented through specific browser plugins; in this case, Facebook’s social plugins may no longer work.
The purpose and scope of data collection, further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as the relevant rights and settings options for protecting your privacy, are described in Facebook’s privacy policy.
Communication with Solution:
A visitor or Solution user can contact us at any time for any questions via email at info@solutiongroupcomunication.com. Personal data is used exclusively for processing the request.
Newsletter:
Our newsletter contains links and graphic images that indicate whether the newsletter has been opened in an email client or if links have been clicked. This is useful for improving our offering and ensuring its quality. Consent to this usage analysis can be revoked by unsubscribing from the newsletter. Unsubscribe instructions are included in each newsletter issue.
Access and Information Available to the Public
Content of Web Pages Created by Solution:
All information entered on web pages created by Solution can generally be viewed by other Internet users. Therefore, caution and attention should be exercised when publishing personal and sensitive information. Hidden pages and password-protected areas do not offer absolute protection against unauthorized access; the same applies to uploaded files, as they may be accessible via direct links.
Data Transmission
User data of Solution will not be sold to third parties. We will not transmit personal data without prior consent unless:
- Legally obligated to do so;
- Necessary to fulfill contractual services for Solution users and/or obligations arising from the GTC or the contractual relationship between the Solution user and Solution;
- Required to use third-party services to provide the service package. In this case, data transmission may be necessary, e.g.:

To protect the data you enter via the forms on this site, we use the reCaptcha service from Google Inc. (Google). This service verifies that you are a person to prevent some site functions from being (ab)used by spam bots (especially in the comments section). The use of this function involves the transmission of your IP address and other data required by Google for the reCaptcha service.
